Trade Partner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Nest Studio family. We are happy to work with designers, contractors and millworkers. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions or requests.


Trade discounts are 10% off of the suggested retail price unless a prior pricing arrangement has been reached.  Trade pricing will be determined according to the price list effective on the date the order is received from the customer.  Prices are exclusive of freight and all local, state and federal taxes.


Samples are sold to trade accounts at the standard trade price.  11” X 14” display boards are available for purchase upon request.  Prices for display boards will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Returns of samples are accepted according to the Nest Studio return policy. 


Due to the price sensitive nature of hospitality projects, large quantity (over $5000) hospitality orders will be quoted directly by Nest Studio’s manufacturer. Showrooms should forward all RFQ’s for large quantity hospitality orders directly to which will then be forwarded to on to the manufacturer.  Model Rooms, small quantity hospitality orders, and any other orders that are not hospitality sales will be quoted and sold directly by Nest Studio.


Nest Studio recommends that all trade accounts check stock via email or phone prior to placing an order or sending a PO.

In-stock merchandise is usually shipped within 5 working days following receipt of the order.
Order modifications, changes in product, size or finish, cancellations or additions must be transmitted by e-mail.  Modifications will not be accepted over the phone; however, please call or email to confirm any changes. Nest Studio is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by modifications to an order.
For time-sensitive orders please call or email to check availability and to confirm receipt of order and timeline.


Shipments leave the warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Domestic orders will be shipped via Fedex Express Saver (approximately 3-5 business days) unless otherwise requested.  Drop shipping directly to clients is available upon request.  A packing list without prices will be included in all drop shipments.  Overnight, 2 day and international shipping are also available upon request and costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.  Shipping costs for all orders are in addition to the cost of goods.  Items are insured up to their replacement value.


Payment is due prior to shipping and can be paid via paypal (credit card) or check.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit.


Order cancellations are accepted in writing. In cases where the order has been shipped before the requested cancellation and/or changes could be processed, the order will be treated as a Return Request.  In the event that a custom order is cancelled, any expenses incurred from the custom order will be  subtracted from the 50% custom order deposit and any remaining deposit will be returned to the customer.  If such expenses exceed the 50% deposit, Nest Studio will issue an invoice to the customer for the full amount of the expenses incurred. 


Return requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please email with the original order number and reason for return.  If a return is authorized, the appropriate form and Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be sent to the buyer.  This form must be completed and a copy enclosed along with original proof of purchase with the merchandise being returned.  Returned merchandise must be wrapped and packaged in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer from Nest Studio.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipments should be shipped with tracking and insurance.  Nest Studio is not responsible for any damaged or lost product as a result of a return. Returns after 7 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and sizes are accurate at the time of printing.
Packing, weights, measurements, and designs may be modified without notice.


Nest Studio warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of wholesale purchase.  At their discretion, Nest Studio will repair or replace the defective product with the same model (or an equivalent model if an identical model is unavailable). This warranty does not cover the following:

1.    Failure due to incorrect installation, failure to follow mounting instructions or use of a product in a manner for which it was not intended.
2.    Metal deterioration caused by exposure to atmospheric conditions beyond Nest Studio’s control.
3.    Reasonable wear and tear.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and dated
proof-of-purchase. You can obtain an RA# by submitting a warranty claim by emailing  Defective goods must be returned to Nest Studio for inspection.  Nest Studio assumes no liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products.

The purchase of Nest Studio products shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
